Eat, Drink & Be MARRIED!
Bam! Just like that we’re married. We had a really nice laid back backyard wedding! Exactly what we wanted. When we first got engaged it was really hard to decide what to do. Get married on the West Coast or the East Coast!? Of course we choose the East Coast because it’s easier for us to go to our family then for them to come here. It’s not an easy thing to plan a wedding never mind one on the other side of the country. It wouldn’t have been made so possible without my parents & Drew’s parents who put in countless of hours helping & listening to my indecisive answers… They all walked me through EVERYTHING!
We decided to have a small guest list, open bar cocktails with appetizers & desserts! And with the help of our best man (he was my best man to! haha) pizza was ordered & delivered! We kept it super chill & relaxed, no stress!
A huge thank you to our family for pitching in. I loved how each piece was a little dedication by our family members! The cake was made by my lovely Aunt Mae, maple syrup wedding favours were made by my Aunt Laura & Uncle Allen, the family tree signature painting made by my Aunt Kelly, Uncle Gerry for being the parking chauffeur, My mom who made the beautiful bouquets & mens flowers, Keith the bar tender who poured my wine, Paul for his creativeness, the lovely ladies who catered and made sure to come find me to eat, my mother in law Trudy for EVERYTHING. She created this beautiful set up!
